Kendall has worked in the court and legal technologies industries for 25+ years with a focus on emerging new court and electronic filing solutions. She started her career as a litigation paralegal and, in 1995, joined LAWPlus, LLC, the company that developed one of the first e-filing systems in the U.S. and that was ultimately acquired by LexisNexis in the early 2000s. She managed strategy and sales for LexisNexis File & Serve until 2015. As a business development manager for Thomson Reuters Court Management Solutions, she now finds ways to help courts succeed in their modernization efforts, including virtual hearings and remote trials. Kendall has a B.A. degree from the University of Texas, is a certified litigation paralegal, certified e-discovery specialist and has completed various leadership programs at Harvard Business School and Babson College.

Andrea supports courts and organisations adopt CaseLines, including advising best practice solutions for implementation and mentoring the go live plan. Prior to joining CaseLines, Andrea gained over 10 years experience of working in local government legal departments. In her last role she was the Business Development Manager at Orbis Pubic Law (OPL), a shared legal service of four Local Authorities, where she was responsible for overseeing the delivery of high quality, robust and efficient legal services. At OPL she led numerous technology implementation projects, including digitizing the Surrey and Sussex Family Courts, and has significant experience in collaborative working, digitizing work processes and driving efficiencies through change.

Adrian Fulford

The Rt Hon. Lord Justice Fulford

Sir Adrian Bruce Fulford The Rt Hon. Lord Justice Fulford, is a Lord Justice of Appeal and became, in 2017, the first Investigatory Powers Commissioner, a post he held until October 2019, when he became Vice-President of the Court of Appeal (Criminal Division).

Previously, he was a judge of the International Criminal Court in The Hague from 2003–12, the Senior Presiding Judge for England and Wales from January 2016 to March 2017, and former member of the National Council for Civil Liberties (NCCL).

Judge Victor Villarreal

Judge, TX

Judge Victor Villarreal was appointed by Webb County Commissioners Court to serve as Judge of Webb County Court-at-Law II in April, 2017. He promised them he would treat everyone fairly and respectfully, whether they were rich or poor and went to court with or without an attorney. On March 6, 2018, the people of Webb County elected Judge Villarreal to a four-year term that began in January, 2019.

Doing more with less, he has reformed the court, eliminated a backlog of cases, streamlined activities, and reduced the budget and staff. He accomplished his goal to transform Webb County Court-at-Law II from the worst audited court in the state to the only court in the state that has been audited at 100% compliance for guardianship cases. On November 15, 2019, the Texas Judicial Council designated Webb County Court-at-Law II a JUDICIAL CENTER OF EXCELLENCE - the first county court in Texas to attain the designation.

Honour Judge Alistair William McCreath

Retired Senior Circuit Judge UK

His Honour Judge Alistair William McCreath began practice as a barrister in 1973. He became a part-time judge in 1986 while continuing to practice as a barrister, sitting as a judge for about one month a year. He became a full-time Circuit Judge in 1996 and was appointed Resident Judge, Worcester Crown Court from 2006 to 2011. He was promoted to Senior Circuit Judge in 2011 and was appointed Resident Judge, Southwark Crown Court in London. It was during his time as Senior Judge at Southwark Crown Court that, along with another Crown Court outside of London, the digital case system was piloted in 2015. His Honor Judge McCreath retired in 2017, but has since continued to sit as a Deputy Circuit Judge, as well as a Judicial Member of the Parole Board.
