Murphy Mok is a senior associate at the Hong Kong office of Herbert Smith Freehills. He regularly advises major Chinese and international companies on cross-border construction and commercial disputes particularly in international arbitration, with a focus on energy, infrastructure and financial sectors.
Murphy is qualified in England & Wales and Australia (New South Wales). He is a member of the HK45 Committee at HKIAC and is on the Global Advisory Board of the Young Arbitration Group at the Centre for International Investment and Commercial Arbitration.
