Register Now to Watch On-Demand

In these difficult and uncertain times, a powerful tool for secured lenders is the independent business review of a distressed debtor. These look-sees or viability assessments can provide a lender with key financial, operational and strategic information as well as valuable recommendations from the insolvency professional conducting the review. As these recommendations drive lender decision making, they can significantly impact a debtor.

This webinar takes an in-depth dive into business reviews with an experienced licensed insolvency trustee providing on the ground insight and two senior lawyers addressing the legal issues, including preserving confidentiality, reducing lender liability, and considering conflicts of interest.  This timely webinar provides practical information for secured lenders, debtors and insolvency professionals.
