Inga Masjule is the Chief Talent Officer of Dentons US, where she is responsible for developing and implementing the Firm’s talent strategy to enhance the Firm’s ability to attract, develop, retain and engage its lawyers, professionals and business services staff in the United States. Leading a team of professionals in the Firm’s Legal Recruitment, Professional Development, Diversity & Inclusion and Human Resources departments, Inga’s remit includes organizational design and talent strategy, on-boarding, performance management, succession planning, organizational development, and adapting current trends and innovations in talent management and strategic human resources practices. 

Inga brings to Dentons more than two decades of US and international experience developing and leading innovative people programs that support a strategic talent agenda.

Nathan Hayes is IT Director at Osborne Clarke, one of Europe's most respected and dynamic law firms. With over 20 years of experience in the delivery, sourcing, strategic development and transformation of IT in the legal market, during that time he has provided these services to numerous law firms including CMS Cameron McKenna and Bevan Brittan. His latest challenge is to balance the need to service Osborne Clarke's ambitious growth across Europe and Asia whilst developing and adhering to the firm's global IT strategy and meeting it's people's high expectation of service all within the context of good financial management. One particular area of interest to him relates to how technology can facilitate business transformation in terms of the delivery of legal services. Nathan is an active member of the Legal IT community making regular contributions at conferences and to a range of legal publications
