With extensive experience in business operations across a variety of industries, she brings over 13 years of expertise to the legal operations field. Prior to her role at Microsoft, Chloe was a member of pricing and innovation teams at a number of big law firms based out of the PNW and most recently served as Chief of Staff to the VP of HR Technology and Analytics at Nordstrom.

Candice Carr is a Senior Attorney in Microsoft's Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA) department. She is a member of Microsoft's Modern CELA team within the Office of the General Counsel, to help drive digital transformation and modernization within our legal ecosystem.

Colleen is a legal thought leader and strategic legal operations expert from working as a consultant for Big4 and boutique legal consulting firms where she assisted over 60 corporate law departments and law firms on transformative programs aimed at driving improvements through legal technology, streamlining processes and law firm/outside counsel optimization. She currently works as a Senior Product Strategist at Thomson Reuters. Prior to her consulting career, Colleen practiced law as a trial lawyer for a defense firm in Chicago. Colleen received her J.D. and M.B.A. from DePaul.
