Natalie Murphy joined Thomson Reuters after practicing at a full-service law firm in Toronto. She has over 20 years of experience at Thomson Reuters in a variety of roles including working as a Reference Lawyer and as an Executive Customer Learning Consultant. In her current role, Natalie works closely with our customers to help them understand the best ways to use the many product offerings of Thomson Reuters and maximize workflow productivity.

Instruction & Reference Librarian, Sir James Dunn Law Library,
Dalhousie University
Hannah Steeves is an Instruction & Reference Librarian at the Sir James Dunn Law Library, Dalhousie University. She teaches Legal Research & Writing at the Schulich School of Law and Legal Literature & Librarianship at the School of Information Management. She is currently working towards an LLM in Intellectual Property Law through Osgoode Hall Law School Professional Development. Her research interests are focused on digital literacy for legal research, access to information, and open research.
