With over 15 years of experience in information technology and application development in the legal industry, Charles leads the evaluation and implementation of technology platforms at Ward & Smith. He provides innovative solutions both internally to enhance efficiency and externally to drive the client experience.

Myka Hopgood

Myka serves as the strategic Project Manager on key firm initiatives including implementation of the firm’s DMS, NetDocuments, the technical merge with Cox Smith in 2015, the migration to a new Business Intake system, and most recently migration to our new finance system. She oversees the firm’s Research and KM initiatives, focused on Practice Group strategies and priorities, as well as the firm’s Information Governance and Records Management Team, where she is leading a large transformative project.

Don Fuchs

Don currently leads North America sales for HighQ- now a part of Thomson Reuters. Co-Founder of the legal tech company; Legal Anywhere, Don is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and sales leader, formerly a practicing attorney. HighQ acquired Legal Anywhere in 2018, when he became responsible for rebuilding the North America HighQ sales team and strategy, and scaling it to achieve the company's aggressive growth goals.
