Rabihah Butler is the manager for enterprise content for Risk, Fraud, and Government. Before coming to Thomson Reuters, Rabihah worked in the legal and risk management area. Immediately following law school, she worked as a litigation attorney at small- to medium-sized law firms in the Washington, D.C. metro area. During this time, she represented both individuals and organizations in many areas of law before the circuit and appellate courts. Later in her career, she worked with major financial institutions in the regulatory and risk management area. At Thomson Reuters, Rabihah reviews the past, present, and future of the government, regulatory, compliance, fraud, and risk management climate. Rabihah’s work can be found in collaborations over blogs, podcasts, webinars, personal appearances, and more.

David Duhaime is the key account manager for Thomson Reuters Risk and Fraud, with a focus providing fraud, waste, and abuse solutions for Medicare/Medicaid and health plans.  He is a seasoned professional with more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and disability fraud investigations. He is former law enforcement as an investigator with NYS State Medicaid Fraud Control Unit (MFCU), a program directory for a Zone Program Integrity Contractor (ZPIC) with oversight of multiple states and SIU director with Anthem BCBS. David is a court qualified expert in healthcare fraud and holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Norwich University, and his MBA from Jack Welch Management Institute.

Andrew Pellington is the senior director of product marketing for Thomson Reuters Risk and Fraud portfolio of solutions.  His team is responsible for representing the voice of the customer and market at large, bringing valuable insights back into the organization.  Andrew joined Thomson Reuters in 2011 with his first several years spent in the corporate strategy department.

Andrew received his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Northwestern University and his MBA from the University of Minnesota.
