Zach Warren
Zach Warren leads technology and innovation content for the Thomson Reuters Institute. Zach has been writing and speaking on tech and innovation for more than a decade, and with Thomson Reuters, charts the future of professional services industries, including legal, tax, and risk & fraud, through writing, podcasts, speaking engagements, and more. Before coming to Thomson Reuters, Zach was the editor-in-chief of ALM’s Legaltech News and featured on Law.com, The American Lawyer and ALM events such as Legalweek. Zach lives in Minneapolis with his wife and two dogs, and has a bachelor’s from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.

Zena Applebaum
Zena Applebaum is currently a global VP, Product Marketing for Research Products at Thomson Reuters and is based in Toronto. Zena is an accomplished cross functional team leader with 20+ years of experience in proposition strategy, competitive intelligence and product marketing. She shares her passion for data analysis, design thinking, sales enablement and personal branding by writing, speaking and teaching in classrooms and conferences across North America. She was inducted as Fellow of the Council of CI Fellows in 2015 and will be induced to the College of Law Practice Management with the class of 2023. She co-authored The Practical Guide to Competitive Intelligence (2022) and authored Business Intelligence for Law Firms (2012).  Zena has been a sessional instructor the University of Toronto iSchool, Rutgers University and a guest lecturer at law schools across North America.  Zena joined Thomson Reuters in 2017 with a focus on proposition strategy and prior to joining the company, Zena was the head of Competitive Intelligence at a prominent Canadian Law firm.

Andrew Fletcher
Dr. Andrew Fletcher is Director, AI Strategy and Partnerships, with Thomson Reuters Labs™, based in London. TR Labs is a global team of scientists and engineers building AI capabilities for TR’s products. The AI Strategy and Partnerships function directly informs how TR partners to experiment with new and emerging technology, geared to anticipate and challenge strategic thinking across Thomson Reuters.

Andrew founded the London Labs team, comprised of data scientists, designers and engineers, in 2016. Andrew has a PhD and Masters in Chemistry from the University of Oxford, and before Thomson Reuters worked at Imperial College London within the innovation department who studied the approaches to innovation taken by many of the world’s leading companies.
