David Cicotte is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of law and served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard T. Sules of the New Jersey Superior Court during the 2014-2015 court term. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters as a Customer Trainer, he served as outside subrogation counsel to multiple mid-size insurance companies in the Tristate area. He is a member of the State Bars of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
